Chances are that if you’re in Ibiza, and have a passion for carefree partying and incredible sunsets, then you’ll have likely got down with the goings on at the Pukka Up opening boat party yesterday.
Commencing at Rio Ibiza, Pukka Up’s official pre party venue, the event was well underway by the late hours of the afternoon, with 500 lively boat party-goers gathering on Rio’s surreal rooftop terrace, overlooking San Antonio’s idyllic waterfront with an incredible set from the Bombossa Brothers.
After a couple of hours gearing up for what was going to be, for more than many, the most memorable night of their Ibiza holiday, Pukka Up led its party-goers to their huge two-tiered boats, magnetising the rest of San Antonio with their crazy party antics and extraordinarily high passenger numbers.
Immediately after boarding, the drinks started flowing and Pukka Up’s resident DJ’s which included Ibiza sensation Chris Wright, wasted no time whatsoever, boasting the latest deep-tech house tracks from the top deck sound system within minutes of setting off the dock. The impressive stream of high energy on board became consistent throughout the boat, with crowd masses enjoying the Balearic island heat and the heavy explosive tracks creating an atmosphere like no other party on the island.
Sailing at the perfect time to catch Ibiza’s famous sunset, the boat posed incredible scenes of enjoyment, fun and flirtatious partying, with the party continuing even after the boats arrival back at the docks, where passengers went on to experience an unforgettable night at one of Ibiza’s legendary clubs Amnesia, for the Together opening party, which carried on into the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The Pukka Up opening boat party was complete with everything you could want from a boat party, from the Funktion one sound system, to a spacious deck to bust moves on, or the iconic sunset which provided the perfect backdrop to a stand out evening.
