Terms and Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
By making a booking with Pukka Up, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
2. Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented either digitally or in print form. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or illegible.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
4. Event Changes
Pukka Up reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or performers. In the event of cancellation by Pukka Up, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
5. Age Restrictions
All events are strictly 18+ unless otherwise stated. Valid photo ID must be presented at the venue. Pukka Up reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet age requirements.
6. Conduct
Guests must behave responsibly and respect other attendees, staff, and property. Pukka Up reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or dangerous, without refund.
7. Liability
Pukka Up is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests attend events at their own risk. Pukka Up cannot be held liable for any injury or accident that may occur during events.
8. Photography & Media
By attending a Pukka Up event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
