Pukka Cover, protecting you against cancellations due to the COVID-19 virus.

We have been working to put provisions in place so that we can offer you the customers full protection should any of our events be cancelled due to the COVID-19 virus. Included with tickets for Ibiza 2020 is Pukka Cover, where you will receive a refund on your ticket. If local or national authorities put actions in place that mean we have to cancel events related to COVID-19, your covered.

The following policy applies to tickets bought through www.pukkaup.com or www.eventbrite.com, if you purchase a ticket from one of our other suppliers please check their terms and conditions or contact us before you purchase your ticket.

• If the National or Local authorities advise us to cancel events related to COVID-19. Pukka Up will refund customers, the full amount of their ticket value.

• In the situation, your travel company cancel your travel to Ibiza and do not offer alternative travel. Pukka Up will refund the full value of the customer’s Pukka Up ticket if the cancellation is related to COVID-19.

• If your booking/travel agent cancels your booking, Firstly we require a cancellation letter from the travel/ Booking Agent. Showing the destination as Ibiza, Secondly with valid dates with the lead booking name matching the ticket.

• If an event is cancelled refunds will be processed and can take from 10-21 days to return to the booking bank account.

Our priority is the health of our customers and staff and will continue to be over the coming months. We will be updating you all with the advice we receive from The World Health Organisation, National and local authorities.
