When you make a booking with us or enquire about Pukka Up, we will collect personal data about you. The reason for this is to be able to fulfil the contract or to maintain a record of your event with us for both our protection in the unlikely event of any future legal claim from your event. Additionally, we will also contact you by email, to keep you informed of relevant products and offers we can provide (our legitimate interest). You will always be able to unsubscribe from any communication from us.

Providing your personal data to others
Pukka Up will not rent or sell your information onto third parties without your consent.
However, we may share your information with third-party business partners. Third party business partners will not be given access to your information, however, may communicate products, services and information through our database. We will require that such third parties comply with this Privacy Policy, or operate under a similar privacy policy.
Our third-party business partners include members of our group of companies, our carefully selected suppliers and event partners. This could be to obtain or maintain insurance coverage, for the purposes of processing your payments, or for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject to.
We may also share certain information such as your location, browser, and cookie data and other data relating to your use of our website with our business partners to deliver advertisements (“ads”) that may be of interest to you.
Please note that Pukka Up may ask an advertiser to show an ad to a certain audience of Users (e.g., based on demographics or other interests). In that situation, Pukka Up or our Partners determines the target audience and serves the advertising to that audience and only provides anonymous data to the advertiser. Pukka Up have offices and facilities in the United Kingdom and Spain. Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), however, as mentioned above, the European Commission has made an “adequacy decision” with respect to the data protection laws of the UK.
